The Geretsried site is an active drilling and construction site. We will make every possible effort to keep you safe, but please wear sturdy, low-heel, closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothes. We will provide you with all the required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). We will have experts throughout the site to guide you and answer any questions that may arise. We will have water and snacks on-site and trained medical personnel.

We have a room reserved at the Hofbrauhaus (Hofbräuhaus München • Platzl 9 • 80331 München • Tel +49 (89) 29 01 36-100). Please arrive at about 1930 (local time) using whatever mode of transportation suits you (it is a 20-minute walk from the Hilton). We will be serving:

• Drinks:
  • Beer: Hofbräu Original
  • Hopsnspritz (Pear, elderberry, and hop liqueur with Prosecco)
• Traditional Bavarian table buffet:
  • Appetiser:
    • Snack boards with pretzels and breadbaskets
    • Crusty ham, bacon, black smoked meat, mini-meatballs, white& black sausage, pepper bites, lard, Obazda, butter, horseradish, radish, gherkin
    • Cheeses: Tilsiter Jung, Bergkäse Extra, Blauer, Hubertus (all made from raw milk).
  • Main course:
    • “Haureindl“ -chicken, roast pork, suckling pig, grilled sausages- With natural sauce, sauerkraut and potato dumplings
  • Dessert:
    • Caramelised Kaiserschmarrn in a “reindl“ with smashed applesauce.

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know by responding to this email by July 31st. If we don’t hear from you, we will assume you have no issues/restrictions.

• Listen attentively to all safety briefings and instructions.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines provided during the HSE (Health,
  Safety, and Environment) briefing.
• Ask questions if you are unsure about any procedures or protocols.
• Stay with the group at all times.
• Use handrails when using stairs.
• Always wear your PPE (personal protective equipment) on the tour.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents immediately to your guide or site
  personnel.
• Be aware of your surroundings and watch out for any moving equipment or
  vehicles.
• Respect all site workers.

• Don’t deviate from the specified tour route.
• Don’t enter restricted areas without permission and proper supervision.
• Don’t touch anything without explicit permission.
• Don’t smoke on site (only permitted in designated smoking areas).
• Don’t stand in the middle of the street or block traffic.
• Don’t take pictures on the site tour or in any restricted areas.
• Don’t leave the group or stray from designated paths.
• Don’t use mobile phones on the rig site (except in designated areas).
• Don’t discard waste or litter outside of designated disposal areas.
• Don’t park vehicles in unauthorized areas or block emergency access routes.
